Why buy something you will only use 4 or 5 months a year when you can rent the most current, state of the art Snowmelter available today at a fraction of the cost of buying it and you don’t have to worry about maintenance and upkeep issues. No matter what the length of your snow removal contract, renting is a viable and cost effective solution that can enhance your client’s budget and your bottom line.

Rent To Own Option

Thinking about buying a Snowmelter, why not try it before you buy it. Ask us about our “rent-to-own” option which enables you to apply all the rental money towards the buy-out cost of any new or used Trecan Snowmelter. Don’t wait until the snow flies, plan ahead for winter and reserve your Trecan Snowmelter in the spring or summer.

New and Used Snowmelters

Remember Trecan Snowmelters are built to order and typically our entire rental fleet is reserved by customers by late June. However, Trecan does maintain a limited inventory of new and used Snowmelters that are also available for sale, rent and for demonstrations. Delivery of a brand new Snowmelter is typically 4 months from date of order.
